3-Shape Design System
Every design is defined by three geometric primitives. This system translates intuition into a structured, repeatable language.
Shape Base
The outer silhouette defines the first impression.
Shape Base is the foundational contour — the perimeter line viewed from front and side. It determines whether the silhouette reads as soft and round, elongated and oval, or sharp and angular.
Texture Density
Surface and weight create the emotional register.
Texture Density describes the visual and tactile quality of the hair surface — the interplay between smoothness and movement, weight and air.
Volume Direction
Direction gives static form its sense of motion.
Volume Direction is the vector — where the mass of hair travels. This is what transforms a haircut from geometry into expression.

Design Philosophy
Hair is architecture at the human scale. We do not style — we design. Each decision is geometric, intentional, and documented. The system makes the invisible structure of good design visible and teachable.
